Naziv pozicije: Drilling/ Workover Supervisor

As a member of our dynamic and growing team, you will be responsible for the supervision and implementation of the well programme, ensuring that all well operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
In more detail, you will:
- Manage activities related to resolving technological problems during development of wells
- Send the defined reports (DDR, Check list, Bit records, HSE reports, EOWR, Lost time Report, Technological suggestion, FWR, KPI, CF)
- Monitor the drilling equipment maintenance, in accordance with the procedure, in order to secure efficient and safe execution of work
- Submit written technological and organizational proposals with the aim of work optimization
- Timely response in case of increased HSE risks, in compliance with regulatory documents of NIS j.s.c.
- Plan operations for 7 days in advance
- Work 12 hours per day on a rotational base
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in drilling/workover
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical limit (optimization) in drilling/workover
- MSc diploma in oil and gas engineering
- Must possess valid IWCF/IADC drilling and workover supervisor certificate
- Proficiency in one of the following languages – Serbian/Russian/English
- Good organizational skills

CONTRACT TYPE: Contract (7 day rotation – 12 working hours per day)
